English – 2026 WIC Brochure

There are 2 versions of the brochure in the zip folder – one that is a printable PDF general brochure that directs people to signupwic.com on the back and a second printable PDF version that also includes open editable fields on the back for customization (adding your clinic or state WIC logo, phone number, and address).

We’ve also included an example PDF of a customized brochure in this folder so you can see what it would look like after adding your agency’s information!
